Package says delivered and not there?

• No package? No problem. Sometimes a carrier will note that a shipment has been delivered before actually dropping it off. Give it a day and if it still doesn't show up after 24 hours, feel free to contact us.

Shipping times

• Orders may take up to 5-7 businessdays to arrive. Many orders arrive sooner, depending on the immediate availability of ordered items. Currently we do not offer expedited shipping.. If your order is received after 5 pm EST, your order will begin processing in the following business days.

• You can find your tracking number by checking your emails for order notifications from the website.
• Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.
• If there is any issues with your delivery please contact USPS, UPS or FedEx with your tracking number for more information. We are not responsible for your item if it is lost or stolen.

Shipping cost:

• You can be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method. Full price will be displayed at checkout. 

**Please note: Business days are Monday-Friday; does not include weekends. Example: 3 business days from Thursday is the following Tuesday.

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

• We accept secure payments for both local customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal.

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within 1-3 business days.
